I'm Dee Lamarr. I'm a RECAPTURING my SHINE! I woke up one day and realized I was the ONLY thing standing between me and the life of my dreams. I'm a survivor but I was failing to thrive. This blog is my GRIND and SHINE Chronicle for my personal weight release journey! I'll use the lessons my past trauma has taught me as I EMBRACE the journey. When PASSION meets PURPOSE you G.R.I.N.D. & S.H.I.N.E. through those efforts a LEGACY is built. I have learned soooo many things in the process of living and will continue to learn more. I GROW STRONGER mentally, physically, fiscally, and spiritually EVERY DAY!! It is my SINCERE wish to HELP others do the same! Living up to YOUR potential is AMAZING...HELPING others LIVE up to theirs is EARTH SHATTERING!!
The key to a healthful lifestyle is to Fiercely Love Yourself. I'm committed to consciously uncoupling with food as I eat to fuel my body and use healthier alternatives to nourish my soul. My HOPE is that by sharing my story I will INSPIRE you will decide to join me and F.L.Y!!! Our progress also serves a greater purpose of benefiting causes and organizations we are passionate about.
I have HUGE DREAMS and LOFTY AMBITIONS...They FRIGHTEN me sometimes but only because I know they are TOTALLY achievable. Well now that you know some things about me I can't wait to LEARN more about you.
